Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Hours
Most orders will ship out within 1 business day of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Delays Due to Outside Circumstances
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Source DTC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Customs, Duties, Fees, and Taxes
Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duty fees and taxes in our shipping fees, as we have no control over them.

Wrong Address
If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it's too late for us to make a change. However, if your order is being shipped through USPS, you may try a USPS Package Intercept.
