Refunds Policy

You are entitled to receive a full refund if the product arrived defective or not as advertised.

In order to receive full payment, you must send a picture within 24 hours after receiving the package, including your receipt # or email associated with the payment.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
